The project will be in three phases with a total value of \u00a32.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>Phase one of this three phase project, to run from 2020-2026, proposes the development of a new facility on North Parade on the site of the old toilet block. This will include public toilets, a small concessions space, office space for Cheshire Wildlife Trust, a small display and education area, all terrain wheelchair hire and a beach viewing
